Helpful part of my toolkit for endo

Light weight and easy to wear, the warmth of the heating pad is comforting but not very strong. Tens machine is helpful in tandem with pain meds for my own endo

For endometriosis

This is the first time I’m using a TENS machine and glad I went for this one - it’s discreet under a pair of jeans or a dress, perfect shape/size and has been quite helpful in managing endo pain (at least for moderate pain so far).

It lasts about 2 hours (6 x 20 min sessions) until it needs charging again which isn’t the most convenient for me but I’m not sure if I’m expecting too much. It would’ve been absolutely perfect if it also had a remote so it can be used when out or in the office without needing to go somewhere more private to fiddle with buttons!

For period pain

I bought this product to stop using drugs for my period pain, I don't like over-medication when I can use other alternatives. This product seemed wonderful to me, I only used it for 40 minutes, 20 minutes of heat and 20 minutes of tens and the pain disappeared, it was surprising, I did not think it would be so effective, however, it was beyond my expectations. This is just wonderful. Now goodbye pills for period pain.

TENS works great but heat not much

The unit is easy to use and discreet. The TENS works great but unfortunately the heat portion doesn't seem effective. I still have to use an extra heating pad from the microwave.

Great for on the go

I love this for when I am on the go and can't carry around a heating pad or plug something in. It would be great if the charge lasted longer and the heat was a bit hotter. My cramps are pretty consistent throughout the day and sometimes I am out for longer than 2 hours (which is about how long each charge lasts). So, I use the device pretty much non stop when I am out. And it definitely does help relieve pain!
